Although the whole building does not use a lot of decoration and materials, it cleverly brings together various elements such as modern form, texture, light and shadow, and color, emphasizing the beauty of bright space and the beauty of the neat structure.

The office space on the 3rd and 4th floors is divided into the public office area, management office area, conference room, product showroom, and rest area. These areas increase the flexibility of the office and increase the difficulty of construction.

The actual size of the site does not match the drawings, and the design needs to be readjusted. If the size of each column does not match, the construction of the roof will be difficult.

Material transportation is also a major problem encountered in construction. In the early stage, because there were no elevators, line pipes and other material transportation, manual transportation was required. In order to protect the safety of personnel and the smooth completion of material transportation, we formulated a series of response plans for personnel construction.
The park where the project is located has strict requirements, and personnel organization and design need to be filed. Therefore, we have also prepared a personnel management plan in advance to make personnel organization and management more accurate, and seamlessly integrate project management and on-site management teams.
In the context of the epidemic, we also actively responded to the call of the state and formulated a series of targeted systems, methods, and measures to fight the epidemic and protect the safety of construction personnel and the area. For example, the site cleanliness requirements are higher, and personnel needs to undergo pre-construction training.
